What this means
Important: this is a starting point for discernment, not a final verdict on a church. A score cannot capture everything happening in a local congregation. Pray, observe patterns, study Scripture and have wise conversations.
The Equipping Test
Paul gives us the purpose of the fivefold ministry: “for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry.” — Ephesians 4:11–12
Are believers being equipped to do the work of ministry?
Are people becoming more mature in Christ?
Are believers being equipped to use the gifts God has given them?
Are people being taught to make disciples?
Is the church helping people live as representatives of Christ beyond the Sunday gathering?
Don't just ask, “Do we have the fivefold?” Ask, “Is the Body being equipped?”
“Till we all come to the unity of the faith... to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.” — Ephesians 4:13

A score only shows you where the gaps are — it doesn't close them. If you want a clear, practical plan for strengthening your lowest-scoring graces, let's talk it through together.
